We tell our clients every 6 month to prevent scale build up and proper operational status for normal usage(2-3 drinks daily). Poor water quality leads many future preventable service calls.Thanks

this problem seems to be more electrical device failure as opposed to micro controller confusion. I would look for a failed power supply component, possibly an overheated resistor that has changed value and caused power loss. Look for a browned-out area on a circuit board.

This happened on my unit. There is a magnetic float in the tank that rises when the tank is filled. On my unit, the float (which is supposed to be sealed) took on some water, and stopped being bouyant. I had to break off the clear plastic cap that keeps the float in place, remove the float, and ***** a tiny hole in the float and squeeze out the water. Now (since I have a hole) I have to do this repeatedly - every week or so - though its easy to remove the cap now. Still looking for a replacement part.

Not the cable , the main issue on these machines is the main IC chip . The solder on the pins crack and then your display goes blank and sometimes gargled. If your capable you can resolder the outside pins of the chip but this is for experienced solderers. The chip is very small with many hair thickness pins.

sounds like you need to change the grinding burrs i had the same problem. if the blades are fine i think it might be the wheel that determined the grind see how you go. rember to unplug the machine before you open it.

Try this run the hot water cycle for a few seconds, it that works, try steaming if you get the message again clear it by running the hot water cycle and then go to steaming, this time push in on the knob after you open it, it that works, then the tap rod or the valve assembly needs to be replaced.

If you open the steam knob and only can get a half cup of water, then your flow meter in the machine have to be replaced.

If you need to replace the flow meter then it has spare part number: 286473300

Make sure to descale your machine often.

You will need to have the valve replaced

It won't be air leaking,it will be steam leaking.Depending on the model it will be the steam valve or an internal steam line

If it's stuck in rinse keep adding water until the cycle is complete.It may take a while.This is a common complaint
