Clean the contacts: Use a soft cloth to clean the battery contacts and the contact points inside the watch to ensure a good connection.

No one here will know that, and prices on secondhand watches can wildly vary. Contact the maker for the date. Contact local jewelers for a value. or a site like this

You can try a full reset, but it sounds like it needs mechanical repair. Take it to a local jeweler or send it in for factory service.

And please never put olive oil on a watch as suggested by Roger R. It is too thick and in time goes rancid and gummy because it is plant based. His post is deleted as it contains bad information as well as phone numbers.

The battery ran down too far. Lithium battery controllers typically lock out if the battery is discharged below 2.6 Volts per cell because trying to recharge at standard current could cause a fire. Even if you can bring the battery back above the lockout voltage using a very low charge current, it may be damaged and will need more frequent recharging.
In other words, your best bet is to replace the battery.

It's simple to change the time on a Fanmis sport pedometer. To get to the "Time" setting, all you have to do is keep pressing the "Mode" button. Then, after pressing the "Set" button, change the time using the "Start/Stop" and "Reset" buttons.
Once the time has been set, you may resume recording your steps and working toward your fitness objectives. After all, if you want to keep healthy, time is of the essence!
