Turn the fan around there are four screws on the backside of the grille. You will need a long philips head screwddriver.

Just a thought If you find a junker fan try the switch off of it. Quite often they will work. Sometimes different makes the switches are interchangeable.

Take front of the fan cover off hold the back of fan the push and pull out on fan blades from the center. If blades move in and out .The bearings on motor shaft worn out. If no movement try to blow out the motor with compressed air reassemble then try.
