Cable monitor signal

First go to device manager and click on Display to see what Video Driver you have How do get into Windows Device Manager Second go to Dell.com to get driver heres the link for you Product Support Dell US Go and click on the list on Video (6) file in blue lettering you must scroll down the page to find it. Find which one is yours and download it and install it. Once you did that and it still does it. Inspect the cable from the back of the monitor to the back of the computer. Make sure the connections are good and secure. if that doesn't work them check to see if your computer have a video card or if its intergrated. If you have a video card reseat the card by opening the system the same link i provided you has a Service manual that can show you how to do this. if it doesnt have a video card then you can buy one to rerplace the bad graphics chip on your computer. hope that helps

PNP6 PNP means PLUG N PLAY = USB device thats hooked up in the computer. remove all usb devices on the computer and one by one start reconnecting the usb devices and turning the computer off and on as you connect each one.. This will sometimes happen if you have any external hard drive that connects usb or any usb devices that you recently connected. Also inspect your usb outlet on your computer to make sure they are not bent or broken. hope that helps

Won't boot up

It's a memory or graphic card (90% for memory) - I always forgot which sound is which.
Open the PC, take out the memory and insert it again, do the same with graphic card.

I have a destop pc and its usb port are disabled how to enable it again solution

You didn't say which OS you have but since it's a GX260 I'm guessing Windows XP. On your desktop, right click "My Computer" go down the list and click on "Properties". In the properties window you want to go to "Device Manager". In here go down the list until you see the USB settings, right click on them and go to "Properties" you'll be able to re-enable them in here. Click OK to close all the open windows when you're done. Nice friend, you'll owe him a favor <wink>

Power supply fun and processor fun is on but there is no display in the monitor

Ha ha, the most common problems on these are blown capacitors. Open the case and have a look around the CPU heatsink and PCI slots. My guess is you'll find one or more that have split-open and spilling yellow gunk out the top. If you ask them nicely, Dell may send you a replacement motherboard. Otherwise, check you have your video cable in the correct output (if you have a GFX card as well as on-board), replace the video cable with another. Have you tried another display on the computer? That will definitely identify whether the fault is with the display or the computer. Good luck.

About password

Hello,

Is the password added in windows or in bios setup?

If password is in windows setup:

You can try this
username:administrator
password:__________, leave it blank and then enter.

if this not successful then microsoft did not provide soltuion for this because it was understood that it is hacking.

You should reinstall again the windows.

If in bios setup:

You can clear bios password by shortening the "clear CMOS" jumper setting in the motherboard.

see instruction of the motherboard manual for clearing CMOS password.

may this help,

melnavz

PS: if this not solve the issue please don't rate me. if it is good solution pls rate me fixya.
