Only reset ink
Remove the printer data cable & restart the PC & printer. Then fit back the data cable & turn on the printer. Hope that's start working , if no luck then Uninstall the printer driver & restart the PC & Printer both again. Now install the driver of the printer and connect it with PC ,Turn on printer & go for a test print from the printer preference. Thanks & waiting for your reply.

Try running the Cleaning Routine. I would find it by R clicking on the printer icon, select properties - find the maintenance tab (it may not be called the maintenance tab) look for Clean the Heads. If that doesnt work, replace the ink cartridges.

Problems with Hewlett Packard Officejet 4355 printing can often be due to issues with the cartridges. The printer has two cartridges, one black and white, and one color. Both can be physically inspected for problems. The printer also has a self-test report to determine if there is a non-obvious problem with the cartridge. The report can provide valuable information, including status.

Take the black ink cartridge out of the slot on the right. Be careful not to touch the ink nozzles or the copper contacts.

Look at the cartridge and make sure that the plastic shipping tape isn't still attached. There shouldn't be any tape covering the ink nozzles.

Replace the black cartridge and then perform Steps 1 and 2 on the color cartridge. The color cartridge is the one on the left side.

Print a self-test report. Load paper in the tray and press "Setup." Press "2" and then "4." The HP Officejet 4355 will print a report. Make sure the lines of color extend across the page. Missing, faded or streaky lines can indicate a cartridge failure. If the color bars don't show as black, cyan, magenta and yellow, you should clean the cartridges.

Press "Setup" and then press "6" and then "1." The print cycle will commence. Allow it to complete and then print another test report. If the test still shows errors, replace the cartridges.

When i give the order
there anr many things that happen when a print commond is given, i am giving the steps, please check whether it following these steps or not
print command > software searches for driver > driver sent the document to spooler > spooler communicates with the printer > power light on printer blinks > printer initiates > if the cartridges have ink it prints.
ther are many steps which i cannot mention as it will take much time. observe the process and reply

Mostly, printer cartridge error occurs when the printer head is unable to identify the cartridge properly. And the basic reason behind this is that the cartridge is improperly attached.
To reattach the cartridge check the following steps :
turn on the lid of the printer and then remove the cartridge from the printer head.
Check the cartridge to make sure that there are no scratches or other damaged parts that can contribute to a printer cartridge error report.
Take note that the cartridge should not be left open for more than 30 minutes; otherwise the ink will start to dry up and the cartridge will get clogged.
