The problem is with the jet holder, first try to clean it. After that is cleaned and the problem is still there then clean the burner and the tubing/valve. You can check the parts images here. After that is cleaned & if the problem is still there then the spark module needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Your problem could be or probably is with the regulator...not enough gas pressure...

Make sure there is proper electrical power going to range. Then check your kitcen circuit breakers or fuse box in your house, then reset the oven controls.
LOL look what i found, a CHILD LOCKOUT FUNCTION-- check this out

Unfortunately I've seen my fair share of these and yes the problem is internal of the control. If you know anyone who is pretty handy with electronics or the like, they may be capable of rebuilding your's, but otherwise it needs to be replaced.

On a side note. If the warranty period literally just expired you should double check your owners manual. Often timers and many "solid-state" components come with an "exceptional warranty" of up to 5 yrs. Depending on what your specific manual states, but it's worth a look.

Also I would encourage you to phone B/S/H customer support and express a grievance, it sometimes will result in them picking up the cost of the part or labor or if lucky, both.

in pre heating the oven it does not go beyond 250 degrees. what could be the problem. I have a thermador 30 inch dual-fuel range (rdf30).

I am quoting above because I really need help. "When I push any of the function buttons on the oven console (Timer, Bake, Broil, Clock) the display shows 0FF in red next to the clock. The oven will not turn on and the timer will not work. I can not find any troubleshooting information on this problem. The oven is a model RDDS30V. Any help would be greatly appreciated!"
