Pilot lock light on stove is on so stove burners unable to work

This sounds like you may have to fix a problem in the pilot area before it will work. These gas operated devices have to meet a much higher safety standard than their electric counterparts. It is a built- in safety feature. Now, look for any obstruction or crimp in the gas line. My guess is you are not getting proper gas flow or pressure or the pilot could be physically blocked.

XLo burners keeping clicking but don't light after the initial lighting

Electronic igniters go bad and they don't work well if wet. Make sure yours are dry and change it if it still doesn't work. If the burner lights with a match, gas is getting to the burner. If it doesn't light, have the line checked for a blockage.

Ge monogram ZGU366LPSS one burner does not light up

It will light with a lighter just not the igniter which means the igniter is not working, sometimes they crack and run to earth, remove the top and turn off the lights you will see it sparking where it's running to earth.

I hooked a thermador cooktop to a BBQ propane tank. The flames are large for a second and make a puff sound and the shrink to nothing. All 5 burners do the same.

It does sound like a faulty regulator, propane operates at 2.75kpa and if the existing regulator is for natural gas it is only 1.1kpa. If you are operating off a bulk tank the regulator on the tank may be high pressure then the secondary regulator on the appliance may be to bring it down further. See if you can get a manometer and check it all out before doing any regulator removing.

Frozen locknut holding burner to cooktop

These frozen nuts can be a real pain, try spraying something like w d 40 or similar over a couple of days before trying to force it, best to get a ring spanner or socket that fits nice and tight. Good luck. Ray
