Hello, just wanted to answer your request... last time chat was stopped or something like that cuz I waited a long time but did not get any answers to the last thing I told you. (you told me that you were using a Pentium 2.8... but your motherboard, if it is the model you posted in your problem... is for AMD processors, so it is imposible for that CPU to work on ***********... Im just taking what you told me, if you are sure you have a pentium then this is completely useless... if you need, get back to me, G luck!

This could be several issues. You need to be much more specific on exactly what you done and what you installed. No video boot could be the following:
1)Memory clock speed not compatible- Say board only see clock speeds of 200,266,333mhz but you installed 400mhz CL or the bios is not set to auto mem cl speed and you need to manually change mem clock speed.
2)Your CPU, memory, or video card not fully inserted
3)Memory module of video no good if it has onboard mem cells
4)You forgot to plug in the yellow/black CPU connector on the board sending no power to the cpu
5)CPU pin bent on install or not seated correctly
I could go on and on but there are a few issues that cause no video boot so double check all you cards and connections.

you dint mention the mother board u are using in some motherboards jumber setting can power up the system check the jumber setting in the mother board near ur front pannel pins in ur motherboard

you have i would say a corrupt bios, if it can't even select the splash screen, i'm assuming that you have tried to reset the cmos by means of the relevant jumpers, either JBAT1, CLRCMOS or CLRCLK or similair. If so and still nothing, when you built the system you may have stressed the board fitting the heatsink and fan or the memory causing the mobo bios chip to fault or it is simply a manufacturer fault and therefore up for exchange of faulty goods.

best is noobs avoiding UEFI and 945 is 2005 tech, not modern UEFI bios .at all but do ask maker this. but 945 ended there.

there are no schematics ever. yes mobo connectors all and more. in the manual learn to google first. google Biostar home this gets you the correct web site for you country, then RTM.

I never use that for that reason. nor eyeball scans . or DNA scan only biostar can fix that. sing the huppty dumpty song, think it trough if easy to hack the feature is worthless. see??????? buy it locked did you ,not told.

not told what is on that USB drive. not why needing any usb to boot. I do but it has w10 installer there, and put there by MS.
