Cant install xp

During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup usually the Delete or the F2 key Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the using arrow key scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd,press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart note this will erase you operating system you will have to have an operating system disk to load it onto you hard drive or create a partition to load another operating system (note after you have loaded the operating system you should go back and change the first boot device to your failsafe or optimized defaults) after windows has loaded your computer will automatically restart it might restart 2 times one to finish the installation the next will be because the operating system is loaded and will boot from your cd during the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS using the arrow keys load failsafe defaults or load optimized defaults press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart otherwise it will keep booting from the cd /dvd drive hope this helps

Memory slot clip

Yes, but it'll take some sauding skill which can be painful unless you are really handy and is up for a challenge. On the other hand, get a new board and it's probably less headache and you'll back up running fast.

I have a ASRock 775i65G p/supply,cd drive hard drive and fans work but no display and no led lights

test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions SATA

the leads from your (motherboard to your hard drive) make sure they have a secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd have secure connections and are not faulty

even something as small as an electrical extension or a faulty fan lead can cause you problems computer needs all of the data and power to travel through every working device and to have an end for a computer to be able work properly

a motherboard and a hard drive any leads between them will fail before your motherboard or your hard drive check all electrical extensions make sure they are securely seated even the cd/dvd drives need to have current go through make sure these devices are working

check the CPU make sure it has thermal paste and dust free secure seating

also check your computer ram modules and cmos battery make sure they are dust free and securely seated some motherboards cmos batteries are soldered in

hope it helps

Asrock N68-S3 UCC Windows 7 64

http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=N68-S3%20UCC&o=AllTry re-installing the drivers and see if the computer picks up the hardware on your next reboot. If you're having trouble getting audio from the front panel of your desktop, try using the back panel. If it works then the cabling inside of the computer to the front panel might have become detached.

Does direct x9 will efficiently

That particular motherboard only supports up to directx8, furthermore only supports PCI and AGP video cards, the previous standard before the current PCI-e cards. While you can purchase AGP cards that are comparable to lower end PCI-e cards, they tend to be expensive due to them being older and no longer made by manufacturers. If you are planning on doing any gaming or video editing on this computer, you're probably going to want to replace your motherboard with one that at least sports a PCI-e x16 slot so you can get a decent graphics card in there.
