Use the troubleshooting guide to fix the
Epson printer offline Mac problem.
Step 1: Firstly, check your Mac OS version, if it is old or outdated then update it.
Step 2: Ensure that the printer is turned on and plugged in, and there is no paper jam.
Step 3: If your printer is connected to a USB hub, eliminate that connection and connect it directly to the computer.
Step 4: After connecting your printer with a USB cable, open system preferences and then Printer and Scanner. Now click on the plus (+) button to add new printers.
Step 5: If your printer does not appear in the window of your available printers, then check for updates from the Apple software update.
Step 6: After completing all these steps above, click on the option "Use or Print Using" menu and select the "Select Printer Software" or "select driver" option. You will get a list of printers, locate your printer in the list and then click on Add button to add it as a default printer.
