How to remove the stand from samsung LCD TV
Place the tv on its screen flat on a soft surface,
you need to remove all the screws, not just the stand one marked.
Lift the back panel and then you will be able to slide down the stand, when you have removed the back cover you will also see where how your wall mount will fit to the chassis.
Place all the screws back on the back lid.

Make sure that the closed captioning is turned off. For text and for audio i would suggest check in menu in the audio section for possibly SAP (second audio program) or something similar to this to disable that feature. Let me know how it goes. Jay

HOW TO TAKE OUT THE STAND
Usually it is in the owners manual, but if not, try removing the screws on the back bottom of the base. Just lay that LCD on a flat surface like a bed and then you should be able to see how to remove the base. usually 4 screws. I haven't seen this exact model though. Good luck. Jay

Samsung le26a6 will not switch on
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.
