Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in username field and leave password field blank, press Enter and you should be able to login Windows.

I have a sony laptop
Hi ilvaide.
I hope you are referring to the Windows login password.
If I'm correct, let me explain you about the trick to reset the Windows login password.
You may reset the Windows login password by using the Application "Ophcrack".
This Application will reset the Windows login password without deleting any personal data in the User account.
Let me explain you the procedure.
1) You may download the Application from the below link:
http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/download.php?type=livecd
2) Once you have downloaded this Application, please mount the image by using any CD/DVD Mounting Software(Power ISO, Magic ISO etc.,).
3) Then, burn the image to a CD or DVD.
4) Now, please follow the steps which is mentioned in the below link.
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ss/ophcracksbs.htm
As there are a lot of steps, I have mentioned the direct link.
However, the link has the detailed information including some screenshots.
Please follow the steps mentioned on the page to reset the Windows login password.
Hope this helps.
Please feel free to ask further questions.

CMOS SHADOWED
One this may be a sign of a bad hard drive or missing or corrupt boot files. Depending on what operating system your running you may need to re-install again. Get the disk that came with the device and re-install software again. Sometimes you can take out the battery the main battery not the CMOS battery and unplug everything from the device wait about 20 or 30 seconds and place the battery back in the slot and plug it back in and start up again. You will not know until you attempt to load the recovery disk or factory restore disk back in again if the drive is bad. If the drive is bad you will not be able to install anything in this case you may need another hard drive. More than likely if you have Windows XP or 7 installed you can place the disc in and do a system repair. Try this first! It will tell you if the hard drive is bad it will say no hard drive to load it to or it will be empty and ask for another loading source. If your able to get to the BIOS you can see if all of your devices are installed it will show in the devices menu. Depending on the BIOS setup not all of them are the same setup. My fix would be re-install the operating system again. Be done with it. Hope you saved your information you wanted to keep externally outside of the HDD. John
