Peg Perego Duette steering mechanism not working.
6 screws and one bolt hold the steering wheel on. The screws are obvious but to get to the bolt you need to remove the cover, it is directly above the steering wheel adjustment button, just pop it off with a flat head screw driver. then you can easily open it up and see what broke, call customer service and get the replacement part. I assume your cable broke...mine did too.

Yikes! If your stroller is under the one year warranty still contact Perego immediately!!! That is a pain and a knwon problem with their new steering wheel style Duette. They should send you to a local repair center near you to fix it for free.

Folding with seats in
It cannot be folded with both seats on. If I remember correctly, you may be able to leave the rear seat on, but the front seat needs to be removed for sure. It is a pain for sure to remove and replace the seats each time you get in and out of the car. Sorry. Congrats on your twins thwough. =)
