You can't. These movies are protected so they will not be read by your DVD player in copy mode.

I believe in Creator 6 the default install does not include the drag-to-disc feature (who knows why). Reinstall the software but choose Custom Install so that you can select everything/anything that you want. Good luck.

Burning an image file (ISO) means that you will burn and finalize the disc. The ISO file includes a "boot sector". This will create a disc that can be used as a boot CD. Make sure that the ISO is <700 MB if you burn to CD; if it is larger, use a DVD or DVD DL. Some image files may have an IMG file type (this was the file type for bootable floppies). Unless the file is an ISO or IMG, the burn image function will not work. You will need to use another program to make an image file first. You may need to use a bootable disc to get the information for the boot sector.Burning a CD creates a data CD which may or may not be finalized, depending on your settings. I hope this helps. It depends what setting you used to burn the disc. Some will only play on certain players. Many people don't also have the right CODECS to play video files with their media players. But they can download CODEC packs from the internet for free.

Did you move up to Windows 8.1 from another version of Windows? Some applications developed for older OS will not work with the current version of Windows. With that said, you may be required to move up to Roxio's Creative version now available on line.
