Dishes are soaking wet at end of cycle. Is this normal?
No, it's not normal for them to be soaking wet at the end of the cycle, but there are things that can affect this. First, make sure you have Heated Dry selected. Next, make sure you are using rinse-aid (Jet Dry), because the new dishwashers don't use as much heat as the older dishwashers, and Jet Dry will greatly aid in the drying. Be aware that plastics won't get dry in any dishwasher. Other things you can do is turn on the extra heat options in the wash cycle, and turn on the Sani-Rinse option (if you DW has such options). Otherwise, you may have a heater or controller problem. If you need further help, reach me via phone at

Won't start, lock button blinking
check carefully around the locking lever assys., both on the door and on the unit itself; looking for bent/cracked/damaged/obstructed housing or possible safety switch on assy. defective.
