how to remove Bios password
the easiest way of removing that password is removing the watch battery inside the computer.
remove the computer battery and charger
go ahead and remove the covers from the bottom of the laptop.
you should be able to see a tiny battery hidden somewhere underneat those covers.
go ahead and remove it, wait for about 20 seconds and re insert it I recomend most people to go ahead and get a new battery at this moment (now that is open) and replace it.
after that go ahead and place covers back, battery and turn computer on you are going to have to set the time and date again on the BIoS and windows.

You need to specify what "file" runs every time the computer restarts.
Assuming you have Windows XP, you should check first in your "Startup" folder (Go to START -> PROGRAMS -> STARTUP). The "file" that runs every time the computer is turned on should be there. If it's not, please report back fro further assistance.

You must hold Fn and then press F8(there must be a blue writing that says crt/lcd or a monitor symbol), this way you can cycle laptop monitor only, projector only, or both in clone mode or go to the videocard settings and choose single display-integrated lcd only (depends on the model) . Chech that the cable for the speakers are plugged into the motherboard correctly. Failing this reinstall windows or take it to a specialis e.g Tech Guys.

You could try putting the drive back in and try start up in Safe Mode press F8. at Bootup, Choose Safe Mode, when at the choice window, to select either Safe Mode Desktop, OR System Restore, chooses system restore and choose a time before you had the "Problem" and follow instructions. This should get you back. See if that works. If not as a work around you could coot an your windows DVD and try a "Repair" install. OR Get a USB to SATA drive converter dongle, quite cheap, and hook it up to another working PC and get the Data off that way.
