Agitator movement

Hi, If this is a two piece agitator, start the wash cycle with no laundry in it and see if the lower half of the agitator moves. If the lower half works, you will need to change the dog kit inside the agitator. There is a 7/16" bolt under the agitator cap the will need removed to get the agitator out.
If the agitator does not move at all, It could be the coupler connecting the transmission to the motor. If the coupler is bad, tub will not spin the laundry dry.

I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

The washer filled up with water but wont turn on

This is a clear evidence of a broken lid switch. Power to the drive motor is routed through the lid switch. The machine, therefore, will not turn on when the lid switch is not working. Manually activate the lid switch and if still doesn't work, bypass the lid switch. Disconnect power then jump a wire between the outer terminals of the disconnected connector from the cabinet top then reconnect power. Replace the lid switch to address the problem if the machine works with the lid switch bypassed.

Release the console from the top of the cabinet depending on the model of your machine then pull forward and up on the console and lay it back on the hinges.

Disconnect the lid switch harness connector by pressing on the tab located in the middle and pulling it up.

The cabinet is attached to the rear of the washer by two brass-colored retaining clips. Insert a flat blade screwdriver into the turned-up edge of the clip, located on both sides, and then pry back to release the clip from the slot in the cabinet.

Open and hold the lid while grabbing the cabinet front opening then tilt the top of the cabinet toward you by pulling the cabinet away from the base. This releases the front and back slots of the cabinet from the tabs in the front and back of the base.

Using the side of your leg and/or body as a support for the front of the cabinet, carefully lift up the cabinet and lay the front on a cushioned floor to access the lid switch.

Remove the lid switch ground and mounting screws then release the wire harness from the metal retainers. Pull the lid switch connector out and install the new lid switch in reverse order of the removal steps.

Bring the cabinet to the front of the washer then slide the front bottom rail of the cabinet under the rail at the base of the machine then lay down the cabinet into position. Make sure the slots in the cabinet sit into the tabs at the base of machine.

Reconnect the lid switch harness then push the retaining clips back down into position to secure the cabinet to the rear of the machine. Reinstall and secure the console to complete the repair.

When the machine turn to

It sounds to me as if the shipping restraints on the machine tub are still in. If so you will need to remove them. using the machine with them in will severely damage the transmission and tub assembly. This will also void the warranty. Go through your manual to be sure they have all been removed. If they have then check to ensure that the machine is level. If so then you may have a defective unit and need to contact the store that you purchased it from and discuss a refund or swap out. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Hello my washing machine does not

If it works correctly all the way to the spin cycle the does nothing, its a 90% chance you have a ( Bad or Broken ) LID switch.. FOR SAFETY REASONS they design top load units so that they will not spin if the switch is bad .Gently lift up the lid a few inches then lower to close ,most of the time you should be able to hear a clicking sound when the lid is opened and closed if the switch is working properly,if no sound YOU NEED A LID SWITCH and easy item to replace Good luck
