As a general rule of thumb, pressure on low side should equal a temperature of about 17-18 degrees if the box is not hot and a high side of ambient plus 30. Again, this is a general rule of thumb that usually gets you close enough to get a unit working providing all other things are right.

sounds like you covered most all bases. without knowing pressures, I would look for a possible restriction. Since the TXV was replaced, are you sure you went back with OEM? If refrigerant was weighed in, was the drier an oversized one? It's rare but I have found some units that just don't cool right with the factory weigh in charge. You may want to try to charge by pressures. If it has a condensate pan with a hot gas line, be sure it is dry before trying as this effects the pressures. Good luck. you do not leave them alone they may have refrigerant flowing through them. look in your owners manual/instructions for more info.

Also an refrigeration appliance technician would know the wiring by heart and take 20 minutes maximum to work it out.

Is it on Economy Mode? That only chills the bottom area. Check the condenser fins are cleaned of dust. That needs doing every 6 months. Or it needs refrigerant gas. ..
