Whirlpool Calypso GVW9959K Top Load Washer - Page 4 Questions & Answers
Cabrio washer error code OL after about 10 mins.
The ol error can be caused by many problems, first let's address the over filling of the water, there is a plastic tube that runs from your control to the outer tub. This tube provides the pressure to the sensor in the control board to control the water level in the tub of the washer. If this line has a pin hole or is clogged, this could effect the water level. If your tube is ok then the control board is bad.
the ol error could be any of the following:
cloths under the tub,
bad bearings
basket hub
stater motor
rps sensor
control board I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

What does F 02 code mean ?
Normally a simple fix: Tip the washer back at a 45 degree angle. On the bottom panel there are three or four screws, with the screws removed the panel will slide down and off. With the lower access panel now removed you will have access to the washers drain pump clean out. With the water already bailed from the washer you can twist the filter head counter-clockwise to remove. Twisting the filter head counter-clockwise will loosen filter so it can be pulled out. With the filter out clean and install it back into washer. Run a quick cycle to ensure the washer is back up and running and the F02 error has disappeared. If the error comes back, it may require you to clean the drain pump filter again.

Whirlpool top loader 9 kg - I can't see any serial no.
There are no lint filters on this machine. The lint is pumped out with the water. There may be a restriction in the drain line starting where it connects to the tub or the small drain holes in the inner tub may be clogged.

Control board malfunctioning.
You can try tripping the breaker a half dozen times or so, or else leave it unplugged/without power for a couple days. Once it is plugged back in you may have to leave it overnight and then try it, but that almost always revives it. I notice the problem when I don't use the washer/dryer once a week or don't push any buttons during that time to activate it in some way. Problem seems to occur more frequently in the winter when house is cooler.

Will not drain. need to know how to get to pump
Most pumps are in the bottom of the unit. Lift up and and support support on blocks. Look for round shaped device with tubing coming out. Normally, with slow or no drain it's clogged with lint. Clean out and reassemble and try a drain cycle.
