I have a Whirpool AKZ451/IX/01
Hi.
There had been a short.I think the only replaceable fuse is the one built in with the power cord. This kind of oven usually do not have replaceable fuse in control board.
If the range top ignitor is not working, check the power cord first. If it is fused replace the fuse. If that does not help the power cord should be tested to check if it is broken. Test is done using a multimeter to make sure that the power cord circuit is not open or shorted..
The point where the short usually occurs when you replace the element is the fan wiring. Check fan wiring harness and the fan motor itself. If the appliance is tripping the circuit breaker the oven can be tested for few seconds with fan not connected. If it does not trip, then the fan is shorting.
If oven is tripping check also element's wiring.
If the oven is working (turning on) but there is no heath read temperature probe impedance, double check elements and wiring. The problem can be the temperature sensor located inside the cavity.
Regards.

WHIRLPOOL AKR 301 IS FLASHING
F-03 code indicates a failure with the temperature sensor. The
sensor comes into the oven cavity on the back wall and is a little
smaller than a pencil.
The most common reason for this error is a wire
connection between the sensor and the control board. Try to measure the sensor with ohm meter, an read about 1080 ohms at room temperature if it is good.
Hope this helps.
