A Partner system is pretty foolproof, but Feature 10 is a Message Waiting programming button. Are you keeping the handset in the base?

It's possible that your # key is stuck. If you're truly at x10 and it's not working, try another command like #407 and see if List Number shows up. If it does, then 103 should work, if not, try another phone in that location.

Lucent Partner 18D - Caller ID not working

The caller id information is sent from your local telco provider after the first ring and might not be able to be extended to the individual sets, try backing off the ring to answer on your voice mail from 2 to 3 rings to see if the information is then passed on. The Voice Messaging System message is being sent from the system showing who transfered the call to you. You should also notice that the ring pattern when that message is displayed is a standard ring followed by a beep meaning a transfer is taking place.

How do I re-progam voicemailor shut voice mail off

Voice mail is activated by putting extensions in Group 7. Since you can have several different voice mails, it's difficult to tell you exactly. 777 gets you in, and 99 or 999 should be the access, but not always.

If you are unfamiliar with programming, try going to the room where the system is located and read the cards and version numbers and post back. Your VM could be a PC card, a standard Partner card, or (unlikely) a seperate box mounted on the wall.
