I can't pair my motorola h681 bluetooth and my SGH
Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode.
When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above.
Then you can discover it with your phone or PC. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999

Connecting a Motorola H550 Headset and Envy 2
You will need to reset the bluetooth by... turn on bluetooth (switch towards mouthpiece), then hold both volume buttons along with the call button for 10 seconds. Turn it off (switch back), then switch on again, wait a couple seconds and it should have a full blue light. That means it is in pairing mode, then go to your cell phone in bluetooth settings and add a device, it should come up within no time. Add the device and the passcode is 0000. Enjoy being hands free!!

Pairing bluetooth
Erase bluetooth's memory first. Hold both volume buttons along with call button for 10 seconds. Then shut it off and back on. When you turn back on it will take a couple seconds and will stay lit blue. At that time, you need to go into your phone's bluetooth status and add a new device. The passcode is 0000. Good luck!

Old phone quit and blue tooth won't pair with new phone
Hold the volume buttons on the side while holding the call button for 10 seconds. It will reset the bluetooth and remove any other devices it may have been paired to. Then turn it off, back on and it will eventually stay lit blue and then you need to set it up through your phone. I hope this helps, I had the same problem and mine is working fine!

What is the passcode?
Most everytime, the passkey for any bluetooth device is factory default "0000".
Try that!
