Dometic 3313192.000 White Single Zone LCD Thermostat Heat/Cool/Fan - Answered Questions & Fixed issues

Same problem...then discovered my thermostat was set to Celsius instead of Ferinheight... pressed toe temp up and temp down buttons to change..fixed...

I'm pretty sure this thermostat uses digital communications with a dometic control board. In other words, there are no contacts in the digital thermostat to turn something on and off. Even if you ran a 12VDC wire to the thermostat for power, it won't work to replace a "real" thermostat. I bought one to replace my old analog thermostat and it's not going to work for me.

sounds like relay module,

unplug cable at both ends. remove cover from t-stat. using contact cleaner spray contacts on cable and points it connects to. if necessary replace t-stat and cable

check breaker and fuse it will be seperate from 1st a/c

the heat and cool use the same fan. if compressor is running with heat then you have relay issue

check amp draw either bad compressor or fan motor

possible heating element bad

check compressor relay possible stuck on

make sure thermostat on auto possible start up capacitor on compressor

check and test compressor relay and circuit

if power to unit and thermostat is calling for action then check start up capacitors

Start simple, verify proper voltage. Check capacitor. Then check motor.
