If all appears OK, no noise, good cooling suggest check thermostat. If the thermostat is allowing the compressor to short cycle, restart under load the breaker would be expected to blow do to overloading the compressor.

There is usually a 5 minute time delay in the thermostat that prevents this.

I believe it is supposed to have a 15. Remember, breakers are installed TO PROTECT THE WIRE, NOT THE EQUIPMENT. If a breaker is tripping you just don't put a bigger breaker. The wire must be the correct size for the breaker. Take it to the manufacture.

Most common problem with any refrigerator not cooling is a clogged radiator. Can you access it and vacuum it with power disconnected? Clicking may be obstruction hitting fan blade as it turns. Hope this helps.

That is normal. Typically a unit doesn't maintain the exact Set point temp. If set for 75 it cools to 74 and doesn't restart until 76. Obviously if getting too much higher than that there is a problem. Units also are programmed with maximum and minimum run times as well as how many times it can cycle per hour. Hope this helps!

There isn't one. Every a/c unit is a piece of junk. Just like your t.v., fridge, and microwave. Buy cheap, replace when it breaks down. It's all luck, so Good Luck!! Best Wishes!!

Try plugging the hole in the wall where the wire comes through. Also be sure you are not trying to reach your humidity set point therefore overshooting your cooling setpoint. Referred to "droop" in settings

It could be that the contactor is stuck closed .The contactor is where the compressor wire goes to .There should be 2 low voltage wires (24 volt) that connected to either the side or top back of the contactor ,you can just pull 1 wire out ( shut power off unit first) then when power back on and compressor still run that mean the contactor is bad and needed to be replaced

All AC units create condensation from the cooling of air (cold/cool air hold less water than warm air), it is worse in areas of humid air like the Midwest for example.
