I programmed my frigidaire to self-clean this
I finally got it !!!!
Click on the Clean Button - Then click on the Up arrow - a 3:00 hours should appear on the screen (In fact you are fooling the system by starting another self-clean session. Then click on Cancel, this should unlock the door. When door is open you might then get a warning message but it should disappear after a couple of seconds.

From "bake" mode, oven door locked, both heating elements on.
The F3 E2 error code indicates that the electronic oven control board in the range senses an over-temperature condition in the oven.
This can be caused by a failed temperature sensor probe, a wiring problem between the sensor and the control board, or a failed electronic oven control board.
If the oven is apparently not overheating when this error code appears, then your likely failure is the temperature sensor probe.
If the oven is overheating, then you likely have a failed electronic oven control board due to a stuck relay not cycling the oven heating element off properly.
For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...
FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.
If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.
Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question$%^

Trying to replace broiler ignitor on Tappan 30-3982-00/04
Thanks for the updated model number. I took a look at your unit and I see from the factor there is a molex connctor if you follow the wires You will see this. Might want to pull out the bottom drawer and tackle this from this area. The wires coming from the ignitor should be long enough to insert them into the hole specifically for the oven ignitor and then from the bottom, make your splice under the unit via the drawer. I hope you are a smaller guy. Been there and done that.....If I can help further, I am here.

Oven will not heat since auto clean
We had the same problem, only we discovered it on Christmas Day
The problem is the thermal fuse/thermal cut off, the new part # is 9759243-old part#4451442 you have to cut the power to the oven, remove the oven from the wall, remove the back panel, take off the old thermal unit & install a new one. We paid $41.06 for the unit.
If it were not for this sight we would have gotten an electrician & paid a minimum of 175.00 which would have included the person coming out, ascertaining the problem, getting the part coming back etc.
We are back in the cooking business!
Hope this helps, and thank you all for your input.

I ran the self-clean mode
I am going to assume that you selected bake as you normally would and there are no faults (error code) reported. - this would mean there would not be a problem with the controller or the temperature sensor. The problem may be with only the bake circuit - so try the broil function - If the broil works then you may have a problem with the bake element or the connections to it or the relay on the controller - check the connections first then the element - If the broil does not work also then you may have a problem with the relay on the controller or the connection of the other leg of the 220v supply.
Make a check or have someone check it and wrte me back a post here
Regards

Whirlpool gold accubake GJP84802
If you can gain access to the clock you could find the wires that goes to the bake element - if you can measure and confirm the resistance of the element chances you may have also fried the relay of the board - check it out

Code in display screen
F2-E1 - Touch Pad (Keypad) Cable Unplugged -
Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.
It appears your timer/clock has failed in this instance.

Oven wont work after self clean
I have a Whirlpool MOD. RBS275PDB17 single electric self-cleaning oven; although the manual is generic, it specifies, "When the cycle is completed and the oven cools, "End" will appear on the lower oven display and "LOCKED' will disappear" and "To Stop Self-Clean any time: Press UPPER/OFF, LOWER/OFF or OFF/CANCEL. If the oven temperature is too high, the door will remain locked. It will not unlock until the oven cools." Has your oven had time to cool?
