Whirlpool RBS305PDS Electric Single Oven - Page 6 Questions & Answers
Temp cycle span from on to off is 32 and 33 degrees respectvly
Obviously the thermostat calibration is out, most manufactures allow a tolerance of + or- 10%, so yours is outside this range.
You can compensate by setting the temperature lower by say 20 degrees, this will then bring it within accepted tolerances.
Hope this helps you.

I have a whirlpool electric
I'm afraid you may have a blown Electronic Oven Control (EOC) board.
The EOC controls all the functions of the oven. A replacement EOC can be purchased on line for around $200.
This
is a very simple repair that any do-it-yourselfer can accomplish if you
wish to perform this on your own. All you have to do is UNPLUG the
appliance and remove the back panel of the console to access.
Before assuming the EOC is defective, however, inspect the board to see
if it has a fuse on it. I do not have a wiring diagram to confirm. Some
of these boards do have fuses and that's all that it may take to repair
it. However, if the board shows signs of burned components, replace it.
NOTE: Check for any loose connectors to the board as well.

The inside glass on the door is broken ..can i
In most cases, it is possible to replace the glass panel, you will have possibly have to take the door apart to do this, but not in every case, it depends on how the panel is fitted.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

simple green. it's non-toxic and biodegradable, so it's ok to use around food, and it works graet on heavy grease. but if all else fails, use easy-off oven cleaner.

OVEN WILL NOT HEAT
Hi,
Is it a gas or electric model? If it's gas it will be the following;
Check to make sure the oven clock is set as manual not automatic, if it isn't then this is the problem.
A faulty solenoid valve that is controlled by the oven thermostat knob. You need to get a qualified gas engineer in to take a look.
If it's the electric model, then it will be a faulty element. You need to get a qualified electricain in to take a look.
I hope this helps.

My oven will not turn on or off.....the fan is
HI, the F-2 is signaling a higher than normal oven temperature. Follow these steps bellow.
1. Look for welded
relay contacts on bake or broil relays. If this happens, replace oven
control (also called clock or ERC).
2. For SELF CLEAN models: check door lock operation. If the door lock device is not working properly, replace.
3. Look for a high
resistance connection or any other cause of high resistance in the oven
temperature sensor circuit. Check sensor, sensor harness and sensor
harness connection at sensor and oven control. Replace sensor if found
defective.
Remember: Oven control (ERC) measures resistance of sensor circuit, not actual oven temperature.

My whirlpool accubake built in
It is always a good idea to include both model and serial numbers when requesting help on any appliance... but try...
1. Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds.
2. Re-apply power and observe for at least one minute.
3. If code re-appears, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).

Noisy blower
The vendor of that part does not make parts of the assembly available separately. If you continue to use the oven with the blower moving an inadequate amount of air, you risk cabinet damage, electronic control failure, and TOD failure making the oven much more expensive to repair.

Oven has power; wont heat
It's mounted on the rear of the oven. First, turn off the circuit breaker, then the oven must be removed and the back panel taken off to access the TOD (thermal overload device). Its mounted right flat against the oven rear panel, with one large red wire attached on each end. If the TOD is open, that means the rear of the oven got too hot or the TOD failed (its a safety device). You can connect the two wires together and insulate with electrical tape, restore power and test the heaters to make sure the TOD is actually the problem. They haven't ever solved this problem...the most current answer is to replace the TOD with a new one, but bend the mounting tabs so that when the new part is installed, there is a space between the TOD and the oven sheet metal about the thickness of a dime. Then reassemble and reinstall the oven.

Have whirlpool accubake oven model
Self clean latch will not lock
- Disconnect power from unit.
- Check wires and connectors from control to latch switch, then from
latch switch to control. If no damage to wires and all connectors okay,
proceed to step C.
- Repeat steps A and B for door switch.
3. Measure door switch (door open = switch open small low voltage
terminals). Replace switch if defective.
4. Measure latch switch (unlatch = switch open, CAUTION - oven light
contacts are closed). Replace switch if defective.
5. If corrections are made in any step, reconnect power to control.
Press and hold any key for 1 minute to clear R failure code from memory.
F2 will appear. Press CANCEL and observe for 1 minute to ensure
operation is correct.
6. If failure remains, disconnect power and replace control.
