I used to work at Miele in the technical services department. The most likely cause of your problem is the jets on the spray arm are clogged with soap build up or debris.
Solution - Try cleaning out the bottom spray arm jets with a toothpick and then running the dishwasher through a short cycle like normal or china crystal setting. You may also periodically do this with about 1 liter of vinegar to clean out the stainless steel tub once every 6 months to prolong the life of the dishwasher. The vinegar acts as a really good cleaning agent. Also, When using soap use 2 tablespoons of powder solution only!!! Oversudsing is the biggest problem I have seen with these dishwashers.
