The F2 E0 error indicates a short at the key pad or a wiring issue between the control board and the keypad. Try pressing Cancel. Next turn off the range at the circuit breaker or unplug the range. Wait at least a minute before returning power to the system. Check if the error returns within a few minutes. Disconnect the power again and check the wiring between the control board and the key pad (if these aren't a single assembly). If the wiring connection is loose, secure the wires. If there is corrosion at the contacts, use a contact cleaner on the unit. Let the contact cleaner dry before connecting the power again. If the wires are damaged, replace the broken wires.
If those steps don't resolve the issue, replace the key pad or keypad and control board depending on the unit. If the error returns after replacing only the keypad, then the control board has to be replaced.
Please check the model number of the range. Current Whirlpool range models start with 3 or 4 letters, 2-3 numbers, another letter and another letter and 2 more letters. W10400397B could be a replacement part number for some specific item inside the range or the serial number. It isn't a valid Whirlpool part or model number at https://www.whirlpoolparts.com/
I hope this helps.
