Why is there no base power?
If nothing works, just check the cables, connections and fuses.
is the power supply plugged in? did you try an other power supply? can you see any bad pice on the cable(s). Does the mains plug deliver any power? just some extra questions.
How do i access the menu
Press the mute/program button to go to the main menu.

Both phones work except they both will not ring
I think you may have accidentally pressed the do not disturb button.It is on the base of your phone and shows red when on Just press it again.

the phone should be reset by removing all power to the phone and base for about 15 minutes. to reset the phone remove the batteries from the phone, unplug the charger from the base AND unplug the phone line (there is voltage on the phone line) after you have reset the devices hook it all back and place the handset in the base for a few seconds to sync it to the system. do this with each handset.
be aware tho resetting it this way will remove any stored numbers from the memory.
