First, access your voice mailbox (press VM button & enter your password) When you hear you have ??? messages, Press 7. You will be prompted for another password (the Admin default password is 2275) Press 2 administer mailboxes Press 1 to reset mailbox password then follow the instructions. It will tell you what the current password is to the mailbox you select and you have the option to keep it or change it.

press trans/pgm key, press flex key you want to program, dial number you want to store including number for outside line and press hold/save key

if green means in use, then there is a short somewhere in that line. do you get a dialtone?
