I'm not an NE guru but I work on many others. You really need an administrator for the Voicemail to reset the password. Try this. From an admin phone, enter the voicemail. Then select More, Mgr, ChBox, then enter the ext# you need to reset the password on. Then choose Reset Password (Select Yes when the system asks you if want to reset the password). You can access the reset extension's voicemail by entering the default code (0327). Good luck.
