To remove "missed calls" on phone, press and hold "OFF" button on handset. This should remove "missed calls" message.

Hold the announcement key down. If the old message is there it will read it out loud to you. If you wish to change it, just hold the announcement key and speak over the old message. Make sure you keep holding the announcement key as you record your new message. When you have finished recording, release the key. If you wish to hear your message push the announcement key again.
