Puk code for a nokia6300
Hi everyone
Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1)
If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should
find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please
read bellow.
2) You must get a phone that is on the same network
as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your
PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will
tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to
reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
Please also remember to give this solution a FixYa! rating if it helps you.
Kind regards
Dustin Ellse

I can't put my nokia 6300 into restore factory settings mode..
The defaulkt security code for Nokia is 12345. You can reset the security code using : *#7328748263373738#. It works on most nokia phones. Worth giving a try.
And if the phone says simcard rejected, then the most common problem is that the phone probably might have been locked. You can get it unlocked for 5 quids in your local market.
Locking the stolen nokia cell phone
call the agency of the country u'r in, that responsible for that { "like" national telecommunication company ) give them the info of u'r fone the imei no. and they will block it for you

I don't know if you have a Nokia 6300 or a Nokia 3600. But these images from the Nokia User Manual might help:
But I believe that both phones would charge through the USB connections as well.
KEYPAD PROBLEM
Remove the front cover, lift the rubber keypad and clean the button surface with damp cloth. NOT WET. Allow it to dry for a few minutes, reassemble and start using. Some dust may have gone between the rubber pad and the keys.
I get an opening message: "SIM card
There are 3 causes of Sim Card Registration Failed, when you first turn
on the phone, the sim card attempts to connect to the network if it can
not do this it gives a message like Sim Card Registration failed.
1,
The sim card is turned off, if you have had the sim card
for a while and it hasnt been used they will turn it off, you need to
contact them from another phone to get it turned on or get a new sim
card.
2, The phone has a hardware reception problem, when it
attempts to register itself with the network it can not... There is a
reception problem and it requires repairs, this isnt really an easy diy
job on this handset.
3, The phone is blocked, i.e reported lost
or stolen. Some networks when a phone is reported will allow it to get
reception but will not let it make calls, however other networks will
not give it reception at all and hence you get a Sim Card Registration
failed message.
I hope this helps, these are the causes of the message
