follow this sequence. press #, then star, then menu and then your right arrow on your phone. in sequence and in that order.then scroll down 7 places and you will see IMEI/SIM ID/SN hit your ok button and you will see your sim Id

go into menu, look for "my info", hit ok, hit edit, scroll down to phone line 1, hit ok enter your phone #. If that doesn't work call boost i've found they are great at fixing proplems you may want to ask them to walk you through a master reset. just make shure you are calling from a different phone #.
