I don't have my manual and I have a new tv, how do i program my remote to work on the new tv??
Hold button down for unit you want to program. (TV,DVD,VCR) Then hold down on off button at same time. On/off button will turn off then come back on. When this happens push the play button. Wait 10 seconds and then push again. Repeat until unit turns off. Once unit turns off push rewind button one at a time until unit turns back on then push the stop button.

I have the RCA RCR311W remote, I was using the remote for my JVC TV. For whatever reason it stopped operating the TV. I cannot find my code list and have been unable to find the code list on the internet to reprogra the remote. Can you please help??
1) turn on unit
2) press and hold componet button on remote (TV, VCR, etc)
until On/Off lights up
3) press and hold On/Off while holding component button. Light will go out. Continue hoding both buttons until light comes back on.
4) release both buttons. On/Off should stay on.
5) Press On/Off repeatedly until unit turns off.
6) Press the Stop key at bottom.
7) light goes off. Remote is programmed!

I have an RCA rcr311w universal remote which changes tv channels fine. However, I cannot find how to change the channel to watch a dvd or my camcorder. I cannot see the menu for the dvd player/recorder because I can't get the tv to this channel. With my old remote, I pressed the Input Key. On this remote, the Input Key only changes the tv up and down one channel. How do I get to the Video 1 or Video 2 so that I can see my dvd menu?
my universal unit won't change the tv channels, everything else works except the channel changing. Does anyone have a solution., The company is only open during the week.

Will you please send me the link for the "Code Lists" for the RCA universal remote control model # RCR311B. I downloaded the user manual , but apparently there is also a "Code List" which is seperate from the manual. I have looked online forever now, and can't find the "Code List". PLEASE HELP
