Possible that the keypad LED's power supply had been cut . This can happen if there is a break in the board or in the plated through connection of the dual sided board. If so the problem might be a little tough as you need to trace and confirm the track before a loop can be used.
Also a fault in the power line feeder resistor or switching transisitor can be the fault or a weak off in the printed track. finally a no signal from the processor or switching circit, but all of this requires close observation and probe.

It is possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Copy only valid files to the card and do a scan before it is replaced. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone still switches the bluetooth then it is confirmed that there are errors in the software/hardware. Might need a reinstallation.

there are many ways to unlock a phone. you can unlock it using software or hardware or through codes. if you ask me the codes are the best way to unlock it. unlocking through codes is the best and simple way to unlock any phone. i got my phone unlocked through this method only. you can get the codes either from your service provider or from any other service providers. getting codes from your service provider can be got only if your phone is within 6 months of the contract period.. i got the codes from a third party
Wickedunlock.com provider. they also provide codes even for older model phones.

Hi, follow these steps to format your nokia:
1. Switch off your phone.
2. Press and hold three keys: the green dial key, star key (*), and number 3 key on the keypad and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone.
