this is a link that will provide the s/w smart movie as well as with the patch of it

u first have to install it in ur PC and the mobile ,sis application in ur mobile
then as it has the connection with the one u have installed in ur PC, the s/w installed in the PC will give u the registration code only

it means key pad problem. try to clean the key pad domsheet button, if not solve then replace the key pad ui..thanks.

there can be 2 possibilities

1st-simcard problem.u have to visit nearest tata indicom outlet for replacement

2nd-u need to update mobile software as airtelsimcard is of 32k and docomo is of 64k sim
