Hi Have you checked the file size of the picture you are trying to send? MMS format does not support large files so that may be the reason your are not able to send it. Also you can contact your carrier to check if you have the MMS service available on the plan you have with them and if the proper Access Point Names have been set up on the phone. Contact service means your mobile is locked with some network , so when you on the mobile it displays as contact service ,so for this problem you have to unlock your mobile, if you unlock means after that you can use any network at any where in the world.......Get the unlock code for your Motorola mobile through this site Classicunlocking.com , it has the best instructions and easy methods for getting the code for your mobile from the network lock......

To turn on the phone, ensure the battery is well charged. Lets say, for about 2 hours, then you unplug the charger, then you press and hold the red button in the right or the end call button. Hold it for about 8 seconds, it will turn on. It might even turn on before the 8 seconds is complete. Once the light comes on, release the red button.

To turn on the phone. First ensure the phone is properly charged, for about 2 hours. Then you press and hold the end call button or the red button that is on the right hand side for about 8 seconds, it will turn on, it might even turn on before the 8 seconds is complete.

Hi, Issues like this are related to the flex of the phone .The flex controls the function of the keys on the pad.

The flex of the phone is located inside the phone, it controls the functions of the screen an also the keypads of the phone.

The flex is a thread like object that is located inside the phone. To see the flex, you will need to disassemble the phone to get to the flex of the phone.

After replacing the phone flex, your done.

Also it might be the keypad IC of the phone. But in other to know if it's the keypad IC, you will need to take it to a repair shop to check that out for you.

You can get a replacement flex from any of the phone repair stores around you also.

Failing this, if this is not possible then go on the internet and go onto motorolya website,support team on here will put things right for you .

Well, it's as simple as you see. If it's not formatting can you try another card? Not all cards from all manufacturers are the same unfortunately. You may have one that's just not compatible with your Z3. Has it worked before? Can you format it with someone else's phone? If you have a card reader you can possibly try with your computer but that may have unpredictable when you put it back in the phone, but ... you may be able to reformat it then where you couldn't before.

if you have a SIM card in the phone, it is not valid, you will need to contact your local service provider. Best option is to go in person to a store.
