Hi. Most probable the flex cable is broken. (The cable that connects the 2 parts of your phone). It`s a cheap part and easy to replace in a service, or if you know how you can do it yourself (not recommended if you never did something like this before!!!)

Your phone is locked to a mobile phone provider. You need to contact this mobile provider to ask for the unlock code (security code) for your phone. You need to provide proof of ownership etc and the phone's unique IMEI number which is located inside the phone under the battery. They use this number to generate the unlock code for your phone.
They should provide you with instructions on how to enter this code into the phone.
Once you unlock the phone, then you can insert a new SIM card in the phone.

Can you see enough of the screen to send the test to your e-mail address or another cell telephone?

I suspect you could retrieve the message after a repair job to your phone ... but I also suspect, you don't want to pay the big $ for a repair.

Re4asons for phone not coming on are: Dead battery or dead battery because of dead charger. Use the charger elsewhere to check if it is charging. If yes then use battery elsewhere to see if it has the required charge. If both are working fine then
A dead phone. Or does it show some signs of life like some LED flashing or blinking???? If yes then the phone is not dead yet. It requires reinstall of firmware. Please do that and the phone has a fair amount of chance of springing back to life.
While if there are no signs of life what so ever, then friend the phone may really be dead and can be used as a paper weight on your desk.

hello you call your service provider for gprs setting and than your problem was gone

Enter sim pin means your phone need a unlock code for your sim, and that code is provided by your sim (service) provider only, so i suggest you to call your service provider and ask for that code.

have you ever got the phone wet?? Try taking the battery out. that usually resets it

is your phone active?? if it is, its usually the last 4 digits of your phone number. 0000, 1234 also work

The voice key is the only key located along the right side of the phone. Your manual's device diagram may refer to it as the voicedial key.

you can only get your puk code from you sim carrier company visit their service centre or cll their helpline and ask for you mobile number's puk code.but first try 0000 may b it will work coz most companies have puk code 0000...

Somethimes if you misplace the battery you will get that error.
And no you should not get a new battery
