You can get the unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.

Yes the razr phone has a sim card. you open the back and there is a place for you to insert your sim card there.

Some V3i models support itunes,which includes itune application package on the firmware .it allows the phone to sync to itunes.so you need to update the phone with itunes content or package.if you ask me what to do,it's better to let a mobile technician do this matter of software programming,they will use a gsmgadget and an appropriate firmware with itunes apps package,they know the variety as well as good firmware to load and so to avoid updating problem if you take the risk or do it on your own.
