Need Motorola Pc Suite
The program you are looking for is called Mobile Phone Tools, and it is made by a company called BVRP. Unlike most other manufacturers, Motorola
does not make their own PC Suite, and unfortunately this means that it
is also not free. You can find some of the USB drivers for your phone
if you search the internet, however for full functionality, you will
need to purchase the software.

My motorola L7 is not
should be dirt deposited over the sim card or the simcard slot.
try cleaning with white petrol or unleaded petrol.
also try with other simcards.
if you have white petrol, use a ink puller and just apply 3 to 4 drops of it over the sim slot and dry it for 15 to 20 minutes. do this twice or thrice, this might work if dirt is sedimented over the slot

I cant open my unlock code and application
if you forgot your password, what you can do is to input the wrong password until the phone asks you for the PUK. (but before you do this procedure, make sure that you have your PUK with you, if not, please call your service provider first)
here are some useful codes that you can use in the future:Change pin:
[] [] [] 0 0 4 [] 1 []
Unblocking using the "puk" number:

Ask code
If the phone was locked to a particular network as at the time of purchase, and you are trying to use the phone with another sim card other than that which it was locked to, this is where the problem is coming from.
For you to use the phone with another network, you have to unlock it.
There are some online websites that help you provide the Unlock code but only for a small fee. If you are interested in this method, you can comment here and i would list the best websites for doing this.
On the other hand, if you want to unlock the phone, you can take it to a phone repairer and he would help you unlock it using a computer.
Hope this was helpful?

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website
Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.
Hope this helps.
