9 out of 10 is the Flex cable or LCD.
Just need to have a tech take a look @ it, but i had the same issue and it was the flex cable that connects the LCD to the Main board. And i think i have the flexes for this type of phones. but no business is allowed here i think.

if you ring up your service provider they will send you the setting by text message if this still dont work then they can talk you through the setting s manually but the text should set the phone up for you worked with mine hope this is some help
