Sky remote code

You will need to go to Sky's website and order a new remote if this doesn't work.

Press tv on the remote
press and hold Select and red until the remote LED blinks twice
type in 0 0 6 0
press power button on the remote, if the tv goes off press select and it should control all the tv functions.

if the tv does not go off press tv then power buttons on the remote and keep doing this until the tv goes off, then press select once the tv goes off.

Like I said earlier, if this doesn't work you will need to order a new/replacement remote via Sky's website then put the code listed above in.

How can I program an

Is your TV older than the remote's programming date by at least 6 months? The code you need for a newer TV may not be included in the remote.

If the TV is compatible with the remote codes, then try the Apex codes: 1037, 1043, 1050, 1071 . You can also try the manual coding. Turn on the TV (turn off other devices that may respond to the IR signal). Then press and hold the TV button on the remote (the illuminated TV will turn on). While holding the TV button, press and hold the On/Off button. The illuminated TV will turn off. Continue to hold both buttons for at least three seconds, until all of the component names light up. Then release both buttons (the TV will remain illuminated). Press the On/Off key repeatedly (up to 200 times) until the TV turns off. Press Stop to save the code. Try to use the remote to control another function on the TV. Repeat the manual search if the code doesn't control the TV completely.

If the TV light blinks 4 times and goes off, you have searched through all of the codes. The remote exits the manual search at that point.

I hope this helps.

Remote code i need the code book

I don't have the code book, but I can tell you how to program your remote using the automatic programming feature.

Programming RCA model RCR660 (no code search button)

While following these instructions, keep the following in mind:

device = the component you wish to control with your remote (TV, DVD, VCR, etc.)

DEVICE = the button labeled for the component you wish to program

1. Turn on the device you wish to program.
2. Turn off all other devices in the general vicinity.
2. Press and hold DEVICE
3. While holding DEVICE down, press ON/OFF and hold them both down until the LED turns on for that device.
4. Release both buttons.
5. Point the remote at the device, press and release PLAY and wait 5 seconds or until the LED stops flashing.
6. If the device does not turn off, then continue to press PLAY and wait the required interval (for a maximum of 20 times) until the device turns off.
7. When the device turns off, press REVERSE, wait two seconds and continue doing this until the device turns back on.
8. To finish programming, press and hold STOP until the LED turns off.
