I want to switch from
Hi all you need to do is contact t-mobile and ask them for your phones PAC code then once they give you this you then contact boost and give them the pac code then they will be able to give you a code to unlock your phone so you can use it on their network
the other option you have is to take your phone into a phone shop and ask them to unlock it so you can use it on any network, they will charge you for this but it wont be much and once this is done you will be able to use the phone on any network you like.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

Unlock code
We can provide remote unlocking codes for 99% of Motorola handsets cheaply and very quickly.
There is no need to send the handset to us, all we need is the IMEI (serial number) of the handset which can viewed by pressing *#06# on the handset keypad.
The cost for this is £5 or €6 and your unlock code is returned within 24 hours, although usually alot quicker, typically within 15 minutes! :-)
Drop us a mail at sales@phonezonescotland if you want more information and we will be happy to help.
Regards

Phone freezes and shutsdown
Remove the batttery and keep aside for some time. Delete off unnecessary files, messages from the phone. If the fault persists you might need to reinstall the phone software once again. Before doing this use your security code to reset to default factory settings. The software can be reinstalled as you wait and might solve the issue if none of the other works. Hope you try. Good day

My at&t sim card says
You can't fix it but you can request a new sim for the same number from your network provider.
Think this is helpful !

I can call someone, they can hear me but I can not
The problem with your phone
is that the earpiece on your
phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear
anything while you call.
All you need to do is to replace the
earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you
are talking to on your phone.
Change the earpiece on your phone
and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep
using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.
Good luck.

Blank screen
Hello,
there is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is not displaying any picture.
The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.
I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will display picture again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.
If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.
Good luck.
