There is no way of achieving that except by taking a backup of data that you want to keep and formatting the phone. Do not restore the data that you do not want.

Go to send a message, options, add recipients, recent recipients, click on the names you want or all, then press options, then down to Delete, then press select, then press Yes, then the ones you did not want will be gone. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

If you want to unlock your phone put a sim from another company then type *#9998*3323# it will reset your phone. Push exit and then push 7, it will reset again. Put your other sim in and it will say sim lock, type in 00000000 then it should be unlocked. Type in *0141# then the green call batton and it's unlocked to all networks. This code may not work on the older phones and some of the newer phones. If it doesn't work you will have to reset your phone without a sim in it by typing *#2767*2878# or *#9998*3855# (not tested)

You can easily delete your contacts by pressing Phone book at the bottom of the touch screen, Press delete and simply touch the contact you want to erase.Hope this helped your troubles!

I think the battery is bad, so go get a new battery and if the problem still persist, take it to a technician...

Please discontinue using the battery, it maybe explode if you continue using it. Replace it with a new battery to avoid damage to your phone and also to you.
