ERROR
The SA6045 will only play unprotected .MP3 & .WMA audio files. It will also play .WMV video files.
Sounds like the tracks you are trying to play are DRM protected. This usually causes the "File format not supported" error.
If you are downloading these files from the internet, then you'll have to look elsewhere for files.
If you are ripping your own CDs to .MP3 or .WMA with Windows Media Player, then you need to change a setting in Windows Media Player.
Open Windows Media Player. If visible, click on "Tools" then options. If the menus are not visible, right-click at the top of the Media Player Window, then select "Tools" and click options.
Click on the "Rip CD" or "Rip Music" tab (depending on version).
Remove the tick from the box next to "Copy Protect Music" (or similar)
This will stop DRM protection on any further tracks ripped.
You will need to rip any DRM tracks again.

How to fix file system
Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine thetype of video file format it uses.
Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI andWMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX.
If your player cannot play a video then it is anincompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to aformat that your MP3 player uses.

You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

I have a Philips Gogear SA23XX its 1GB.
Look at the mount options, it sounds like your linux distro may have mounted the aria's filesystem as read-only or as a another user (root perhaps?). You're going to need to use the shell prompt to figure this out.
File system error

Mp3 file system error
Maybe use cd ex and try a different bit rate ? What bit rates does the player support and is it mp3 or mp3 pro that the files are in ?
Also if it still does not work I would get a refund and get an ipod and use itunes. A lot easier and all your music, video needs at your finger tips :)
Insignia mp3 player ns-dv4g File System Fail
NAND is a type of Flash Memory, most likely the internal memory. If it has failed then the mp3 player is dead. If the device is still on warranty, then you may be able to get the retailer to replace it.
Flash Memory is not 100% reliable. Like all storage mediums, it will wear out or deteriorate over time. But it will mean that you have lost everything on it. You have my deepest apologies, but this does happen, if infrequently.

I 've got virusses on
ok what you need to do is repair the firmware. The file system error has nothing to do with a virus. It means the firmware has become unstable or corrupted through any series of events.

When i hook my player up to the computer it say file system error
For sure, the file system is corrupted and is the cause of your woes. The fix lies with the Philips Songbird software. If you do not have Songbird, download it for Windows or Mac here: http://www.usa.philips.com/c/mp3-media-player/22126/cat/en/#/difference/philipssongbird.Once you have Songbird installed, launch it and select "Repair my Philips device" in the Tools menu. Select your device and follow the instructions specific to your device. For example, instructions for the GoGear Vibe are to disconnect the device, power it down completely, and hold the volume-up key during and after USB connection until the message window disappears. If the repair utility endlessly indicates it is checking for updates, you are likely using an out-of-date version of Songbird - probably the one that came with your GoGear. If this describes your situation, launch Songbird and select "Check for updates" in the Help menu. This will at least get you upgraded to version 1.9 (currently), even though the latest version is 1.11 (currently).Instructions that came with some older versions for connecting GoGear in repair mode were incomplete. They left out a crucial step of turning off the GoGear and waiting for it to power down completely before reconnecting in repair mode. Newer versions of Songbird include the ability to reformat the device, reset the device, and to get progress updates during synchronization. If you've found this information helpful, please indicate as such.
When i turn on my
The file system error problem cannot be corrected - you can run a Repair or an Update in the Philips Device Manager and you will see that it will be unsuccessful - call Philips and get an in-warranty replacement while you still can. The newer Philips players use Windows Explorer as the transfer method - it doesn't hide the system files, so if you delete a system file instead of a music file, you get the system file error. Sorry.
