ok first off there are a few ways to do this the most easy way i know is just using My Computer in windows and finding the icon that is your mp3 player or is listed as a usb storage device, open that up and look for a folder called music and if none exist then try just draging and dropping your music into that folder and see if that works. Next if that wont work try opening up windows media player, then connect your mp3 player, then goto the sync button at the top of the screen and see if your mp3 player is listed if it is then go back to the media library button and start draging your music that you want on there to the sync list on the side and after your done click sync. hope this helps

perhaps u accidentally formated the whole thing.
get a firmware update fom the manufacturers homepage, bhook it up to your PC, do the up-date and copy some mp3s onto it.

The volume + key is on the side of your player - read your manual for the diagram - also, turn your player OFF first, THEN press the volume + key

try your mp3 on some other comp.if it doesn`t work then you have to reset it or if possible you have to format it.

my pearl was drop in the water but it still works and when i plug it on to the computer i cany put any more songs on it

You can simply connect the player to your computer via USB and when its detected you can now delete the music there and add a new one....

You are gonna have to go ahead and give it a firmware upgrade ..

I also had this problem and I finally figured it out. I usually use the Windows media player to put my songs on my t MP3 player I used itunes 1 time to put a few songs on my MP3 player then i went back to using wmp and i kept getting the invalid license message, i put the songs on itunes and put them on my MP3 player and they worked perfectlly

My brother has a PEARL MP3 player.

He says that you do not need to put the music in a specific folder. Also, you don't need to use a special software.

You just have to use it as you would do with any USB drive: you just need to put your MP3 files at the root of the drive.

However, if you want your music collection to be more tidy, you may create folders and give them the name of the album. It will then display the folders on your MP3 player in alphabetical order.

I don't think you can have subfolders in your folders, however, but my borther isn't sure. You may try, but I doubt it'll work...
