Undo the changes you made when you connected it to your PC. If you have backed up, restore from that.

for all map downloads you can use tomtom home which will show you all available downloads for your unit

Dont use a HUB, connect it directly to the PC.

Reset the unit by pushing a bent paperclip or pin into the hole on the bottom marked 'reset' turn it back on, plug it in & charge it via USB overnight or as long as you can in the car, make sure the led on the top is green, tap the bottom right of the screen & check the battery symbol on the unit says charging underneath.

I would send it back to tomtom again and tell them it is definatly not finding satellites. Hopefully they will find the fault this time. if you prefer not to send it to tomtom but have it checked somewhere else , then maybe you can search online with google as I know there are at least 3 places to have it looked at but I won't mention them here as its not a forum for advertising. There are several reasons why its not picking up sats but there are 3 most likely causes. A/ Contact with top antenna board has become broken / unplugged ~ tomtom one and one V2. - B/ Ribbon cable has become unplugged ~ tomtom Go - C/ software faulty or faulty sd card . ......... Most likely cause is faulty file on SD card .

can you be a little more specific? You have to have a GPS program installed on your pc already. I doubt your pc has that capability.

bugs like this usualy are gone when you give it a soft reset. if you dont know how to do this, go tomtom.com, select support, search for reset, select soft reset(no info will be lost, exept timezone.) select your device, they will describe what to do. if this doesnt works please ask more help. good luck.

The Word from Sony is that the T303 is not compatible with TomTom, I would suggest speaking to TomTom to get clarification

Try the little reset button on the bottom. It is beside the sd slot on my TT One.

You batteries is dead. You can go and buy them from the website itself or a third party website

yes, your tomtom one can be charged via the usb cable provided with your unit.

you do not need to turn on your tomtom just plug it in for a few hours (tomtom does not recommend more then 6 hours)

Hi Dave "Has anyone else had these problems?" If it's any consolation I've just experienced a similar problem but the letter was "f" and not a "k". I couldn't get past this screen and had to switch it off and even then it sometimes remembered the fault. I took mine back because it was only 6 days old and asked for a full refund, which I received. I'm undecided what to do next, either buy a new one or wait till they settle down or try another manufacturer. Could there be a faulty batch out there?

Absolutely! but only good if you have the appropriate maps for that country. Contact YTomTom for the overseas map in plenty of time prior to your trip.

(remove your sd card if you have one ) then try plugging it in to your computer via the usb cable for a few hours, then press and hold the power button for up to 15 seconds.

put your sd card back in and reboot it once it starts,

if that fails, let me know and we can try something else but that normally works as long as nothing has happened to it, like being dropped ect.

If it blew a fuse, you wouldn't be able to power it back on. are you sure the battery is charging?

go to the manufacturer's web site and download the english one.

you could just have a defective charge cable. take tom tom with when you go to purchase new charger and ask it you can test before you buy to see if it is truely the cable. That is probaly all it is. if not you could possibly have a defective tom tom but I really just think its just the cable.
