if you have a hardware store or a place where you buy tools go and buy a set of easy outs these will after screw is drilled out and then the tool is tapped onto the the hole drilled will bite and allow you to remove the screw

Burn the .ISO file onto a blank CD which is called windows password Recovery disk. With this disk, you can reset the unknown password without erasing anything

OK, best case scenario is your hard drive is corrupt, worst case, hard drive is dead.What to do - you could download the hirens boot cd and see if you can rejuvenate the hard drive firstly by going into mini windows and check if you can see the C: drive in windows explorer, if you can thern running chkdsk c: /f might sort it for you.There are other utilities in the hirens disc that could help but that's where I'd start.If you're not confident doing this then you might need to take it to your local pc engineer.
