RCA Opal M4002 MP3 Player
Its the problem of the faulty or short tracked usb port or short-tracking on the circuit related to usb connections which causes this.
There is nothing needed to make the RCA Opal M4002 MP3 Player compatible to xp.its already compatible to be used with xp.
just check with other usb port.if it still has problem then your motherboard requires repairs in usb section.
